Founder Experience
Dr Vincent O’Brien brings over 25 years’ experience delivering commercially grounded sustainability and operational improvement across Australian manufacturing and premium export sectors.
He specialises in turning sustainability ambition into practical action — combining energy and carbon analysis, operational insight, and brand strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes.
His experience includes energy audits and emissions profiling, sustainability strategy development, implementation of efficiency and reduction programs, and ongoing project delivery support. He has worked extensively with wine, food and advanced manufacturing businesses, and has secured significant government funding to support innovation, sustainability and capability building.
Vince holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has held senior commercial and technical leadership roles, giving him a rare ability to connect technical detail with business performance.
